I stopped in at the Dojo last night to congratulate one of the other students...She passed her green belt test(5th kyu)

Hey congrats to her...I'm off tonight but have to do a part time gig tomorrow morning at 11:00am

Morning again everybody, Breakfast is finally over here and the kids are ready to tackle the day. Thank God they are like their father and do not want to eat right out of bed. Like me they wait a couple of hours then have a good breakfast. Saturday morning = Buckwheat pancakes,Toast. eggs, bacon and either milk or juices. They are set for the entire morning now.

mmm...you are making me hungry bydand! Buckwheat pancakes, eh?...never had them but they sound delicious!

My family loves them. We get the buckwheat fresh, either from a mill over in New Brunswick or from a local farmer when he fires up his grist mill. Good stuff.

It certainly sounds better than the hotel's "continental breakfast" - about a dozen types of sugary bread, and over-sugared juice... I ended up walking out to the grocery store and buying individual servings of cheese; I CANNOT face a long day at a tournament without something besides simple carbs coated in sugar.
