Good Morning everybody. It is supposed to be another nice day here today, but a bit chilly. Right now it is 25 F at my house but should reach low 50's today, another great day to get the Ruffians out and about. Tomorrow we should be getting the last of the storm that slammed Bob's area. Oh well. it was only a matter of time I suppose. I was talking to my new neighbor yesterday and he has only seen snow a couple of times in his life. Born and raised in So. Cal. and spent the last few years in Texarkansas, TX. Should be interesting for him and his family, he is excited about getting to learn how to run my snowblower. I usuallly do my driveway and the neighbors, and used to do his when the place was owned by a little old lady, so it looks like I'm back up to 3 again every morning. No $ in doing them, but the satsifaction of being what neighbors should be, helping each other out, not enough of that anymore.

One of these days I'll get a thread going about just WHY our insturctor is making us get up so damn early on Saturdays. It's kinda sad, but funny. Least after a nap I'll think it is funny.

I'd rather be getting up early for a training day. The Gordon household on a Saturday morning sounds like a zoo's Monkey house at feeding time. Then again with 4 boys under 9....

I'm usually up early anyway, and Mom can sleep through an atomic bomb, so the are pretty safe with a bit of noise.

right now they are watching a rather different cartoon with the grim reaper in it and the littlest one has his head in my lap watching me type on the laptop, so life is good.

I've seen that..The Grim Reaper with a dour faced little girl and her brother?? That dispels the rumor that I will watch anything, I walked outta the room..My Grandson LOVED it...
