Awesome, I'm a bit too old, fat and inflexible to roll much ... LOL ... that is a weakness of mine, but I do work it a bit here and there, just cause ya gots ta know something.
Well you definately need to know some now a days. No doubt about that. Myself I like rolling with the young guy's as they have lots of energy and I can feed off that. (keeps me young too)
