Finally done with classes and private lessons.
Kicking around the idea of breaking away from the gym I work for and making a serious go of it. I am thinking a nice little MMA/kickboxing/strength gym would be a good thing for my area. I am just typing my thoughts.

Well that loss last night for my Spartans was brutal! You have to really give it to North Carolina as they played fantastic!!!

Tough economic climate, and people will be cutting back on extras like this...not an optimal time to start unless you can undercut the other guys on price. Service isn't selling as well in hard times.
