Red is good...Rox is well looking forward to Denver..The kitty cats are also well..I am hanging in there, considering taking a medical disability as my knee and back are becoming a problem..

On another note I just finished two back to back seminars today and I am exhausted. Good thing I eat my Wheaties as I have a class in 45 minutes. :erg:

Yes like the energizer bunny. The best part about it now is that
I have the rest of the night to sit back and relax.
