On me teaching, it looks like it’s a done deal, just up to me to make the final decision, but I’m not sure i want to. I think I’d rather train more Wing Chun and train a little Aikido instead, even though Mrs Xue is against me training Aikido. And keep working in my own Taijiquan like i have been. Just isn’t feeling right i guess.

I have to talked to a couple people this week before I decide

Walked the beach this morning… it appears that some had a moment of Zen and then went all crazy artistic….

Multiple zen piled stones and in 3 separate locations on the beach someone constructed driftwood sculpture.

It was kinda cool actually

So I've been struggling with my drinking again
I'm coming to the conclusion that it isn't safe for me to drink at all, never mind the peer pressure. There's no point in making an attempt now, as I know for a fact I won't be able to stay sober for my birthday, but after my birthday and a talk with my doctor I'm going cold turkey. Wish me luck

Had an MRI of my shoulder today, find out Monday if it is the usual arthritis, just a little worse, or if I have torn the rotator cuff

My Ortho called yesterday and had a cancellation. Move my epidural injections up to tomorrow. Ya me.

Looking to expand my Wing Chun training. Looking to revisit my Baguazhang. Still going to work on my taijiquan, and depending on my shoulder, I may go work with some Aikido people for a little bit this summer.

If you're not into it, don't teach. There's too much work and too much responsibility to do it unless you want to...

I have to much I want to work on myself. And I don't want the responsibility at this time. Did it before, probably do it again in the future, but not now.

I've had 5 spinal injections in the L4-5 region since slipping on ice and injuring my back 3 years ago. They're unpleasant! Yesterday I had my second CT myelogram, which starts with a lumbar puncture (and he had trouble getting it in). Ouch! I'm ready for them to develop an artificial spine like the artificial knees and hips.
