Well, since yesterday's news of his death I have watched 3 Chuck Norris movies. The first 2 I ever saw; "Force of One", "The Octagon" and then "The Hitman", might watch more later.....
Now its time to get up and go train..... and I need to do more training than I have been doing, I have been getting to sedentary. I have no delusions, I do not think I could handle the 1.5 to 2 hours, or more a day I use to do in my 20s and 30s, and go to train with my shifu too. But then I was single, had no kids, and didn't own a house. As well as the fact I worked 2nd shift and had nothing else to do all day.
But let me tell you, motivation and ignoring the call of the recliner is a WHOLE lot harder at 64 than it was at 34...or 44....or 54 for that matter.....so without further delay....off to my basement guan.....
time to start developing good habits for retirement..... because spending hours sitting in my recliner, watching TV, just does not seem like a fun way to spend my retirement...and it is certainly not a healthy way to spend retirement.....
