One of my guys told me that Fred Villari’s Facebook page reports that he just passed away.
May he Rest In Peace.

I couldn’t find the Hall of Remembrance posts on my phone or I would have put it there.

It is not on his facebook page, but I did find it on a couple of the facebook pages of his schools

Pretty big that your bodies letting you train it. I'd imagine that base WC stance would be hard on the knees to hold.

I trained wing chun for about a year when I was in high school and the stances were wild.

Don't have to do that, as long as I have a stable stance, per shifu. And I do have a stable stance, Zhang Zhuan training worked for something, and I can't do that Wing Chun knees in stance at all.

They're not ripe when they're hard. To me, they taste kind of cantaloupe-y.

Population of NYS is 19.51 million... we have 1400 confirmed cases of monkeypox..... and our NYS Governor....declared a State Disaster Emergency..... the population of our local high school is greater than 1400 people

My wife and I bought my dad some fancy hiking sticks for his birthday. Went on a 8 mile hike with him earlier today. He was very easily outpacing my wife, and pretty much even with me, except he wasn't strained at all with his walking speed.

I considered hiking sticks for older people, but might want to buy my wife some as well. Would make it easier to convince her to spend weekends in the woods with me.

I think it has more to do with mobilizing funds etc
they got burned so hard in 2020.....
