I actually prefer my pelmeni with ground beef. And my favorite kind of vareniki is Ukrainian style - with cherries and sour cream on top.

My resolution that's only a resolution because of a thread here is still in effect - only 7 caffeinated drinks so far today.

Why have all the ads here suddenly switched to vegan nonsense?
I'm still getting the 30+% dating ads, so that's alright, but the rest?

Discounting the fact that mass veganism is possibly the worst way to treat the environment, and that there wouldn't be farm animals without farming them - those adverts are just as false as "learn secret deadly skills to end any fight in 3 seconds"...

Yes. It's a grate for making pelmeni - they are like little stuffed dumplings. Making them without a grate is possible but VERY labor intensive. The grate makes it easier. Every woman in my family had one.
