Cracking session last night, new stuff to teach to newly promoted students, lots of hard work and lots of smiles. Feel good if a little achy today
I was making dinner and wanted to liven up the taste palette a little so decided on making a blue cheese 'sauce' to go on the open-cap mushrooms.
