Ok, probably another pipe dream, as if I had nothing else on my plate....

I am getting rather sick of the lack of culture in my area. The closest I come to getting something is traveling to the nearest big city for the annual performance of the Nutcracker.

I am guessing, building an opera house is overkill, but how do I go about it?
Of course, I'd need more people with similar raisins in their head....

While I am kidding about my paddle boat size opera house, I am actually kind of serious.

I believe they had a similar issue in Cooperstown NY and although I am not sure how they got what they were after they did get a lot of various cultural activities there outside of the Baseball hall of fame. Possibly you could look there and see if there is any story as to how they did it

Why not look into crowd sourcing something in a reasonable venue in your area?
