Top tip ... unless you want your kitchen to smell absolutely disgusting ... do not melt Danish Blue in the microwave on high by mistake! :barf:.

On the plus side, sausages and mushrooms go fabulously with melted Danish Blue . Also having home made chips ... no, not crisps and not those weird French Fry things, real chips :yummy:

Aye . You don't need much of it on it's own but it is still a cheese board favourite ... not so much with the ladies tho' I have noticed over the years. I think their more sensitive sense of smell puts them off it .
