I don't understand how the Leader Board on the side updates. I know I have already posted today, yet I am not on the leaderboard for the month! lol
 
Just sat with my coworker, who I am training, to open and sort the mail, so we can forward it to other people or do with it what we need to do.

Felt like at least 2 hours went by. Turns out it was only 45 minutes!

Some subforums are not counted, because they are fluffy. At least, that's how it used to work. I presume it continued when we migrated to the new software.
 
Coffee in the afternoon.

My coworkers think I am crazy, but that's because they don't know caffeine doesn't hype me up like it does most people.
 
1 So you call the help desk to get a problem fixed, that you can't fix, because they took your rights away
2 So they look for the nearest IT person and assign it to that person...who just happens to be you.
3 You contact them and ask them to close the incident because you can't do anything about it
4 They contact you telling you that you have to close it because it is assigned to you
5 You inform them that the problem is not resolved and it cannot be because you don't have the rights to fix the issue and you don't even have the rights to close it
6 They respond and basically say, ok we understand we will reassign it
7 return to step 2 repeat ad nauseum

Wonder Woman was terrific. Best DC movie so far, and Gadot is the perfect Diana Prince. She is believable as caring, empathetic and also very badass.
