I would use this vid to show people why you shouldn't fight with your guard down; however, this doesn't prove anything about TKD.

I realize that the individual makes the difference. But I also feel that TKD gets alot of flak when there are alot of pretty hardcore techniques in TKD that can do alot of damage, hence the video.
