School is still slow, but things look to be turning in the near future. Lots of stuff planned. No workout for me this morning, we're heading downtown to give a series of talks at an innercity school. If nothing else, it will be an experience.

this is very true. In high school I went to middle schools to give talks on sex and drugs, I learned that humor helps
