Hey, Terry, I talked to Mr. Arnold and he plans to be at my class tomorrow - he'll be teaching, and he wanted to know if you wanted to teach anything.

I have to go - I'm teaching for another instructor who's out of town - but I'll check back later.
 
Evening all,
Just reurned from a great work out at my school. It is only 10d outside, stepping out from a hot workout area into to that kinda of cold is a bit of a shock it is.
 
If there is a meet and greet in Chicago - I'd come- it is a 7 hour drive for me- but it would be worth it for the contacts I'd meet. Check with sulong- he has a club in the Chicago area.
 
Morning Everyone..Back to the grind so my postings will drop WAY off...Will pop in as time allows...
