Nah, I might join in the fun and use your quality in question to help me out next semester when I'm taking spanish 101-Lol. If I get stuck that is--LOL!

You're more than welcome. I could use the practice too. I can read and write Spanish very well but speaking and hearing/comprehending is something entirely different. That was one of the reasons why I was having so much trouble with this project...I know the language but I'm not used to speaking in it.

We could make a good team ;)

Are you in school over the summer?

Not this year. Maybe next year. I didn't want to dive in right away. Just take it slow and easy, to get my feet wet again, after all of these years off.

Sounds like a wise choice. :)

So I'm at a decision point. I've come to the end of my privates with Guro May. I'm actually thinking about trying something different, something that will get me in to better shape.

There's a new boxing gym in Woburn. I would probably be the most regular at their kickboxing classes at noon, although I do know the fellow that teaches Muay Thai on Saturday afternoon.

God love ya Carol!! Seriously! Is it that Silat/FMA don't appeal to you anymore? I'm sure there's plenty of stuff to learn still. How about the Shodokan dojo nearby. They have a bunch of classes available. Plus it's closer than Woburn. Maybe Mrs. C's in revere? They do a 1/2 exercise before classes start (the last I knew of at least) But, If Muay thai/ and or boxing is you're new thing. Go for it! That'll definitely get you in shape. Or, you can become a jogger (like everyone else seems to become--LOL!)

Actually, FMA and Silat have a lot of appeal to me. I've committed to a couple of seminars over the summer so Mike and May aren't getting rid of me quickly. :D

But I need to lose a few extra pounds and I need to do it properly, but quickly. I'm kind of in a catch 22. My back issues have kept me from working out as much as I would like...which has caused me to put on little bit of weight....which is keeping my back from healing up. Bleh.

I was looking at the Shodokan dojo...unfortunately it's all evening classes. :( I'm loooking for something that I can do between noon and 2:30 - 3:00 PM which is when I leave for NH.

Mrs. C...certainly not out of the question and I was in a lot better shape when I did Kenpo. I don't currently have a reason to go towards Revere so she's a bit more out of my way than the boxing gym.

I dunno if its right for me, I just know I need to do something to get myself out of the fitness rut that I am in. Boxing sounds kind of fun but I could see myself just as easily hating it too. See how the next couple of weeks go :D
