How do I get rid of the old software? (I'm sorry, this computer stuff is alien to me) If I uninstall, won't I lose my internet service? If so how do I upgrade?

Oh - good catch. I downloaded my software when I was on another network.
Download the software first, then remove your old software by going to control panel and then clicking on Add/Remove programs, then install the new software.

Why is that???
Compared to last week at my place, where there were multiple OT's pretty much each day, this week there were only 2.
If I recall correctly, this time last year, we had snow on the ground. However, this year, there has been rain. This weekend, last I heard, is supposed to be close to 60. Of course, thats fine by me, as I'm not a huge snow fan.
