We cannot access E-bay, MySpace or YourTube...

I haven't tried eBay at work, but I know MySpace and YourTube are blocked, along with a lot of other sites; it is a school, after all. Last year it blocked MT also, but this year it doesn't, which is really nice.

Free day! Free day! The city I work in, a 'burb of Denver, didn't clear its streets, and the superintendent declared it unsafe for kids to get to school, so we have an extra day off!!!!!

Hi Kacey! Our kids don't go back to school until next monday. My daughter in third grade is really missing school. I tried to keep her busy with books to read and art sets to do, but she loves school.

I am comatose from lack of sleep. I am one of those kinds of sitters who takes kids over night so they parents can go out and be crazy for the new years, and they don't try to come pick up the kids straight from the bar. So, I spent new years eve and day with kids who thought they had been abandoned, lol. They weren't so thrilled about being here more than the standard 8 hours a day.

My brothers and I were lucky..We had Grandma watch us so my folks could go out..For the grief we gave her she earned a spot in Heaven...

That is truely sweet. I can not remember my parents going out ever when I was little. We didn't have a sitter. Mom was a stay at home mom, dad worked. Wonder if that is what lead to their divorce?

Today I taught a private lesson this morning and then got my oldest son a well needed haircut. Most of the rest of the day is free to post, work on a DVD and train.
