Hello my thread how have you been, I tried to post whore like the old days but the enjoyment was not the same, so thread as I post it will be far less than what you are use to. The great news is people like DRac Jeff Brian, Lisa and carol, Jade and the rset will make up my whoring like always.

Good evening Drac!
So Drac are you at home or working? Myself, I am at home watching some of the Tigers game and getting ready to go and train. Tonight is Kamagong training with the Garotte. I will literally train both of my arms till I can hardly hold the stick. Over the years I have found that this is a great way to make some serious improvement.
Wife just got in from a trip so I'm spending the evening with her...I am fascinated with sticks but I seriously suck at it..Tried them once at a Combat Hapkido seminar, I got so fed up I loaned them to this little college hottie, man did she pick up the basics fast...
They are alot of fun but definately take time and practice to get good at them. If you get a good grounding in the basics then everything gets easier over time. However if you are doing twirling (redonda) or Sinwalli right off the bat then yes it can be a pain. The skills transfer nicely to the ASP baton.

Even more of an embarrassment for me as I teach ALL the batons( Monadnock) in the academy Straight, Expandable and Side Handle..
