Afternoon All..Lunchtime...Today a salad..The memory of that large Corned Beef sandwich and Dill from yesterday is making the salad lack something...

I'm actually great it has been a fantastic day and looking forward to my classes toneght, I actually lost three pounds over the last five days. I only need 76 more to go.
