Evening all. I hope everyone has had a better day than I. Its been a long day and I come home to find only 1 beer left in the fridge, and still forgot to buy coffee. At least I dont work tomorrow... well not scheduled to work... we'll see what happens

Looks like I missed everybody...No matter..I gotta get some sleep..If anybody is up at 6AM I'll be on line as I am working the dispatch center again...Night All....

Thanks for asking! My students did awesome! There are a few things I need to correct in my teaching (because they all did the same thing wrong - that's me, not them) and a couple of them need to make up breaks - but overall, they were wonderful. I was most impressed by one young man (13) who has an anxiety disorder - the person giving commands gave him the wrong command, and the student thought he was doing something wrong when he didn't know what to do, and got really upset (ran off the floor in tears) - but he managed to pull it back together in just a few minutes and did incredibly well the rest of testing, including doing techniques above his rank when another mistake was made. When he first started in my class he would never have been able to do that - he impressed me most of all of them - but they all showed how hard they've worked since the last testing.
 
Kacey that is great that the test went so well and I bow to you in recognizing what you did and make the adjustment for your students, it is always a pleasure to hear an instructor say it was my fault not yours.
