Yes and back home where I even showered. same as yesterday sore as hell. But one day it will be gone.

You're luckier than me if the soreness goes away. I state it like this, "I am sore every day, some days more than others" ... this hit me at about 45.

Some people don't listen...Tell your frined to look at the homeless you se on the streets..MANY of thoise are folks who ignored the warning signs and gambled EVERYTHING they ahd away...
