LOL! I didnt mean it like the. Anyway I sat a new record for myself, i had 9 hours of work, 2 classes, and so much homework that before I could finish it I had to take a shower and go back to work. So Ive been up for about 27 hours straight now

We are in the final stages of the lease agreement. Lawyers are involved getting it all worked out. Barring any unforeseen troubles, it should be signed by weeks end, Tuesday at the latest.
