Why I Start New Similar Threads

No one refused to get your points. You just don't like we don't always agree with you so you keep banging on until we agree, which doesn't happen or we stop reading what you write.
In the past you said you sometimes get exasperated by my posts, well if you do get exasperated by my posts that's not my problem.

There’s a principle in improv called ā€œyes, andā€. Have you heard of it?

ā€œYes, andā€ is a core principle from improvisational theater. The idea is to accept what’s given (ā€œyesā€) and then build on it (ā€œandā€) to add something new that moves things forward.

I believe that most people who are tweaking your analogy are doing this.
Yes I see what you mean but when they do that, even if they're not moving goal posts when they're doing that they're at least setting up other goal posts.

You not seeing that EVERYONE else is saying the same thing and you are saying something different purely for the sake of argument IS the problem.

Yeah, there's nothing better than having redundant posts on the same site.

I would also like to point out that in the past people have said, in some threads, that my questions have already been answered and I just need to look further back in the thread to find those answers. If that's the case, people making those claims can give post references. In the upper right corner of every post is the number, they can just give a reference of the post where they think my questions have been answered by listing the post's number.

So basically you want to be spoon fed….yeah…. Not gonna happen… you ask the question, it is up to you to read the responses…whether it agrees with you or not… whether it proves you wrong or not

According to you nothing is ever your fault.

How hard is it to make post number references?

You comment on threads that are 200+ posts sometimes, spanning over multiple years, and drift the same arguments between three different threads. And when someone does point out the issues, it's clear that you don't care anyway. You say "they can just", but what you are asking for is hours worth of work to give you a number.

Dobbin's body lies a mouldering in the grave, Dobbin's body lies a mouldering in the grave, Dobbin's body lies a mouldering in the grave but the thread keeps flogging on

how hard is it to pay attention....
If somebody makes a claim, including claims that my questions have been answered, it falls upon that person to provide proof if the claim, to provide evidence, and if they don't their claim is meaningless.

Yes, but in the name of all that's woolly, these debates can end up taking up considerable amounts of time and pixels

Nope, wrong, not even what was being discussed.....if they made the claim and you previously read it and EVEN commented on it and then got an answer to that comment and even provided proof. It is not up to that person to CONTINUALLY point you back to that, OR to reiterate it because you are not paying attention, or forgot, or didn't understand. or didn't get the answer you wanted. It is all on you.... and what you posted in response to my post has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with any of what we are talking about...but then, you likely are not paying attention, or didn't get the answer you wanted.... so it is to be expected of you..... This is why your CONTINUED repostings of the SAME EXACT question get very VERY tiresome..... try paying attention, try responding with relevant posts....you will get further that way

Oh and we have had this little discussion before, in another of your repetative posts...but then you likely were not paying attention
