Excellent. Well I need to rest this body after some good work outs this afternoon. So I am off to read a book. See you later.
I'm working the weights a little in between doing other things...I know I should focus on one thing at a time, but with family home I try to get many things done when they're out (as tonight) so I can hang out with them when they're all here!

I'm outta here ... enough time to grab some breakfast on the way over to the school.
Good morninf sleep in today but it is time to head over to the school, got classes in a hour.
I taught some privates this morning and now it is time to relax and kick back.

Nope and we have new schools, notice that is plural, opening in the immediate area, so it will actually get a bit more intense.

Exactly, better instruction of a better form of the art at a better location for a better price ... we'll survive.
