Thanks Bill, I shall show this to my youngest, she is a Aikidoka (for almost 4 years) and loves it for many reasons, but she is really happy about the "Art of Peace" aspects of it. And The more I look at Aikido from the aspect of; something I am considering training , the more I like Aikido

Thanks Bill, i really enjoyed that video, unfortunately i do not use facebook anymore (long story) and am wondering where the school is located, looks to me like its in Japan maybe.
