LOL, mary Sue is a derogatory term for the heroes in bad fiction. Mostly of the fan fiction variety. From what I gather it stems from a Startrek fan fic series back in the days of the original (I sure hope so) were the heroin 'Mary Sue' gets all the missions done and snaps up the hottest officers along the way. I think in a video game it would be referred to as 'god mod'
