Specific training to improve your Grip.

Good grip strength testing:

You grab on your opponent; your opponent tries to break your grip.
The last exercise in the video is this, and wearing gloves, which protects your fingers and makes your hand slip, forcing you to push harder.

I like to use my body to do the "tearing - grip breaking".

Me too.
But the way they did it in the gifs, it's not the best way to get out a judo grip.

Agree! The Judo Gi is much looser. Onetime I wrestled with a Judo instructor. I use "tearing" and my fist hit on his chin. He refused to wrestle with me after that.

Have you ever used this method to break a grip?
