On a Island by yourself

My goal (among many other things) is to have a my school be a WTF school for normal people. Maybe going to 1 or 2 tournaments a year (maybe not even USAT tourneys) but not making a big deal out of it. Good TKD (SD & discipline) will be more important than trophies.

These WTF schools exist (Miles & Terry have them) but they are few & far between.

I myself see a wrong being played out by the USAT and the USOC it is plain and simple a monopoly on TKD being in the Olympics, I mean if you where a skater and won a event to qualify you would be on the team regardless of what org. you belong to, how come TKD get to play with there own set of rules. Is this far or not?

IMO it works out well enough as is. That way unaffiliated (to the WTF) schools and orgs don't have to alter their sparring rulesets as there's no incentive to do so.
