Yes, push off the floor as hard as you can and clap as fast as you can, then catch yourself. So you do a push-up, and as you rise your whole body jumps horizontally, and during this prone jump you clapped your hands twelve times before landing prone again? I’m not questioning your truth, just want to make sure we are talking the same thing. Because that sounds superhuman.
Jesus! I could maybe manage two claps at best. I’m really very impressed!Yes, push off the floor as hard as you can and clap as fast as you can, then catch yourself.
To be fair, in the peak of my competition years, I was a middleweight who could press a full stack (320lbs), ran a Nike clocked 4.49 40, and really agile with great twitch (please do not think I am bragging), so it is really not as dramatic as it sounds.Jesus! You said you trained for Olympiad so I don’t think you are bragging, and 4.49 is incredible too. I have a Samoan friend who was 240lbs and ran it in 4.8, I don’t want that guy coming down the field at me.To be fair, in the peak of my competition years, I was a middleweight who could press a full stack (320lbs), ran a Nike clocked 4.49 40, and really agile with great twitch (please do not think I am bragging), so it is really not as dramatic as it sounds.
Oh, how I miss that spring and twitch. Old age and injury are not for the weak.

It is Insane how fast some 260-300lb NFL players clock on the 40. Not to mention world class runners. You said you trained for Olympiad so I don’t think you are bragging, and 4.49 is incredible too. How much do the slabs weigh? It's my morning coffee break and I've already moved over a hundred paving slabs. Man, my biceps think I've done a serious workout

Forgive my ignorance, but what is Chen style?Found myself training Chen style basics.... kind of enjoying it.
We had a 'lucking fast electric faucet' for the outdoor bathroom. It's good. China is the workshop of the world these days, 8 times out of 10 you're better off getting Chinese. When i was in Beijing a year ago I saw this chain of coffee places, that i had to look at twice because the name was so close to a colorful euphemism (vulgarity) in American English. It made me chuckle every single time. Now i just found out they are coming to America.
So you to may soon have a “luckin coffee” near you

I started with Chen Laojia Yilu, and a Jian form the got into silk reeling, and later learned the 18 form
