You were a victim of Makura-Gaeshi! He is tattooed on my right shin. He is a Yokai that flips your pillow around and causes sleep paralysis.

I thought I worked out the mechanism for sleep paralysis when I was doing my PhD! It was actually Madura Gaeshi all along…bas*ard waste of time!

Taking a 20-30min walk has been shown to reduce leg muscle pain…that or amputation.

Good training session last night, but the quads of both legs are stiff, from finger tips to elbows, both arms, stiff and shoulders a little stiff. But all and all I am doing much better than I expected
