The term is for the individual. Monger is basically "one who sells" - like an ironmonger...

What you visited is a "fishmonger's shop"

The term is currently used also to include the actual shop. So, now, a fishmonger can work at a fishmonger.

spoiled much?
I have to drive 5 hours to the coast for that!

Well, if we were at home, so would we. In fact, that's about how long it took to get here.

[Gerry Seymour1]

We don't have a beach

This week, we do.

I don't even want to know.

Good morning...it snowed... but just a dusting

Oh wow u live where it snows??? That would be unreal.. . Just starting to really heat up here in Aus..

[_Simon_132 163]

actually teach?
why not just send out the book and some DVDs, along with the belt, and trust they do the curriculum on their own time!

Haha, and every now and then send a person dressed as a monster/vampire/ghost to go attack them in their room XD. It WAS a haunted castle right... ?

[CB Jones]

And t-shirts. We gotta sell t-shirts. Maybe castle hats.

We also need a tavern...with wenches....lots of wenches...

[_Simon_132 163]

Halls. Not rooms. If it's a castle - you've got halls.

And then after a day of training we all meet in the royal banquet hall for a feast! On the big, excessively long table of course.

Exactly. See? Now you are getting it. We shall have to hunt the boar of course... you know... to have it roasting on the spit.

[Xue Sheng123]

We don't either. That's why we went TO it.

The nearest beach is 10,000 miles away

Yes and a round about February we could have about 3 feet of the stuff and the temperature for much of that month hovers around 0 Fahrenheit not including the windchill

That's 2,000 miles more than the earth...you live on a satellite somewhere?

Ah yeah I guess it doesn't sound as romantic and lovely as I initially thought XD. But SNOW!

I would love to never hear about or see snow again. You are not missing much.

Much closer than we are, then.

Hmm, since Earth's circumference is just over 24,000 miles, where exactly is that beach of yours?

[Gerry Seymour1]

The trick is to live where snow is a "sometimes" thing in the winter. Then you can really enjoy it. If it stays long enough to really get dirty, it's no fun.

The earth is 24,000 miles around...the beach is not even half way around from me

I don't mind snow. I just don't like being on the road in it. After living in Rochester, NY for five years, the snow we get in Western North Carolina mountains is cute and fluffy.
