Cant shake this cold its like deep in my chest. makes it hard to breathe. Had short foot chase tonight I feel like I smoke 5 packs a day

Dang I'm old, I was in the ER last night, wife made me go, chest pain and discomfort. I'm ok, it is not heart or lungs...it may be acid reflux..... I have been eating very wrong since Thanksgiving and apparently there are foods I can no longer handle at my advanced stage of infirmity.
