Grumble...grumble...Don't tell @gpseymour but I am having my daily black coffee and dark chocolate again.
80% is usually too dark for me, too. But it seems about right to go with a vindictive cup of very dark hand-pour tomorrow.Too dark for me. 72% is my sweet spot, no pun intended.

I'm not sure I'd even know where to find some that strong on short notice. I'd have to shop the chocolate shops around here and find out if any carry something like that. Or I could just choke down a spoonful of cocoa powder.Awesome....
and now...you're cool
Umm.... it was 88%
Silly goose!I'm not sure I'd even know where to find some that strong on short notice. I'd have to shop the chocolate shops around here and find out if any carry something like that. Or I could just choke down a spoonful of cocoa powder.
I found some 87% today (Dagoba brand). But didn't see any 88%. Maybe I'll check out Wally World when I'm out and about tomorrow.Silly goose!
Even Walmart carries that, Lind, if I am not mistaken!
I'm certain of it. It's the difference between mocking Xue and being mocked by him.Think that one percent point is gonna be the difference?

Where does one even find 88% dark chocolate? That sounds like a bitter, chalky mess!Better with a glass of red wine, I think, than coffee.
