The DOT banned high-profile vehicles from the roads. Driving to work last night, the 18-wheelers were lined up for miles. And in the 1 hour drive, we passed at least 20 lying on their sides in the ditches.
Can you guess what kind of a night we had in the ER?

2 weeks wearing knee braces.....last weekend I threw caution to the wind, said the heck with it and went and did stance training and Wudang Xingyi step training (foot work) and my knees felt not so good right afterwards, but they have been getting stronger everyday and feeling better too.
