My advice: open a school, start a Little MTiger and Black Belt club, charge a *very* reasonable $80/mo, guarantee successful tests every three weeks max (with enough time at the keyboard, oops, I mean, time on the floor), build up a hefty client base, franchise out... and you soon you'll be spending your winters in Rio or St. Moritz every year and building a 5K sq.ft. garage for that second Bentley!
