what is the best martal arts?

It's a blatant sales pitch for his site, but the video itself is a good summary of what I'd consider common sense advice.

The best martial art is the one you train hard in and have built up a competent capability in. Some are more optimized for some things then others, but all the older arts are predicated on self defense in a deadly force situation.

{Oh and the Viking Berzerker site? ... favourited :D}.

Plus.. if you run away as a coward you go to dark gloomy snake-infested Hel when you die, not glorious Valhalla where you can feast, fight and party with Valkyries all night long!

I am sure noone is thinking that - just to check, everyone is clear that that Viking martial arts site is a joke aren't they?

I haven't looked through it all yet but they may do some re-enactment or re-interpreted weapon techniques from the period but all that interview malarkey is purely spoof.
