wat is your MA workout??

My workout consist's of 1 hour of cardio, three times a week, and 3 hours of mixed forms and Defensive Maneuver's per week, split between in-class and individual workouts. :karate:
 
I go to karate monday, wednesday, friday. class format is as follows

20 minutes stretching/cardio
20 minutes basics (still kind of cardio here)
20 minutes techniques

I go to three classes per day, the white belt class, the orange belt class, and the advanced belt class

on days I don't go to karate (except sundays, my exercise holiday) I go to the gym and spend 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer, and usually around 30 - 60 minutes lifting.
