If you can tell me how to email you food, I will happily do so... otherwise, the best I can do is a recipe, as follows:
in a crockpot set to low, combine the following ingredients:
4 cans dark red kidney beans, drained
1 lb fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 lb lean ground beef, browned and drained
1 large white onion, chopped and browned
black pepper, red pepper, chili powder, Tabasco, and salt to taste
Allow all ingredients to cook on low at least 4 hours; 8-12 is better, so flavors can meld. Stir occasionally and taste to check spice combination. Serve with shredded cheese if desired.
