Let's see, laying around on the couch watching the Ninja Warrior marathon ... fun stuff. Sunday is the one day that I usually do absolutely nothing.

Looking forward to training tonight. This week, my daughter and I will begin training on off-nights. We will be working strictly fundamentals; but, I hope it will help us both move forward at a slightly better pace than just training on training nights.

I am tired, satrted to train with some LEO's at 5:30 am this morning. Got another class at 8:30 am and then I am here all day until my last class at 9 Pm tonight. Running a school with no other instructors is getting old but rewarding initself.

Glad you and your daughter are doing extra on the off days, this will help extremely well in your training.
