Morning KG06!

Yes after looking through hours of footage and making cuts it can wear on you. Still I am excited to get the first day over and then move onto the second day. It has been on the back burner for awhile now.

Time is a essence we must all love.

Not too bad, so far. Got in a workout this morning, so that was a start.

Yea me too, also started to wear a thermol suite while I work out. Very hot and it gets so wet inside but loosing some of the exsist water wieght is always good.

Yea but my goal is to be around 220 by the end of summer so I need help. Maybe I need sergury to get there, NOT!!

Good luck. 220 would be good for me as well, but not setting my goal that high to begin with. I'll settle for 240 at this point as an intermediate goal.

My daughter's shooting for 190. She's around 250 now. I just wanna be able to train without losing all my breath.

2nd day no smoking has been a little more stressful. I just got done with my 1.5 mile walk and I feel a little better.

Lunch is cheesey crackers and a pepsi :D

I did the 'cold turkey' about 5 years ago, you can do it, stick to your guns.
