Didnt mean to abandon our conversation. i'm just trying to deal with the emotional blideside i've suffered today
No problem, gotta do what ya gotta do ... sorry it was a tough day
It's the bitter end to a fight i never stood a chance in. It's left me beaten and bruised, worse than anything in previous experience. But I'm still here, alive and kicking. Life goes on, as it always has. It's days like today that help shape who we are. How we handle days like today are the true measure of character.
I hope to look back on this someday as having learned something. What exactly I dont know... but hopefully something.
Sometimes it is hard to understand what has been learned. But the learning comes in the form of experience, good or bad, it is what shapes us, makes us who we are. Good or bad, try to grow from the experience.
Well, I gotta hit it ... first meeting in the morning is at 8 ... gonna try to get some sleep.
Have a good rest of the morning ...

My family is excited to see Beowulf, but I don't think I'll like the semi-animated nature of it.
Its seems like the more sore I am the next day, the more I love this ****. Is that like being a masicist (sp?) ?
Oh man those are the best. After sparring and stuff you get the ones on your forearms from blocking. I love having those, when I worked at Old Navy people would always be like "what the hell happened to you?".If that makes you a masochist, then I'm right there with you. I get some kind of sick satisfaction out of looking at my bruises the day after class.
As Beowulf is one of the most important novels in fantasy writing, I cringe when I see the comercials for the movie.
