Oh yea you are in Texas. I wouldnt mind the heat if we didnt have all this frickin humidity.

Yea sparring was great, I could spar everynight I love it and Im fairly decent so that makes it more fun.

Slow going for the moment. Good news is that it is overcast outside and therefore may be a click or two cooler today, but I'm not complaining as I know it is much hotter and way more humid where you all are ...

Okay it is 9:55 am in Michigan and it is currently 75 degrees with a high of 88 degrees and 69% humidity. I am heading to the beach in thirty minutes.

It is a little under an hour to the most gorgeous lake in Michigan, Higgins Lake! (in is underlined and bolded because on the boundaries of Michigan are the awe inspiring Great Lakes and yet they are not in Michigan)

I wish the high here was 88. The high for us today I think is 103. This working it was 90 somthing at 7am

I just had a small brunch ... tasted good, but wasn't all that good for me. Luckily it was low in calories.
