Believe it or not we have the most cases of that with our first shift team. The night shifters "get it" Funnty how that works.... :rofl:

Sounds almost like my place. I usually get to work early, so I let the day shift person leave anywhere from 10-15 min early. However, when its time for me to go, you'd figure that the midnight people would do the same...forget it. They relieve me sometimes 2 min. before 12. Thats ok though, because I'll remember that next time I take a day shift ot.
