Yea it is in the 60 but we are having that cold front come down this sunday dropping to 25 I know not as cold as some but cold for us.

I have a small problem your thoughts.
I have moved from my old location. I have a new reg form for my new students and have asked all my old ones to up date the new reg form for me. all my students have done so but i parent refuses to fill it out and sign it. I told him until this gets up dated his child can not be on the dojo floor for her safty and others. he is taking me to court for refusing to train his daughter. any comments on this???? I feel i have the right as I have moved to have new reg forms done. and it is not a unreasanble request to have all old and new studnets fill them out. it really takes about 5 min to do so. He picked up a gift cert. from a local TV bussness that I donated to for FREE a 250.00 value. AGAIN i got NO $$$ for this. I did it to help the TV buss raise $$. he is taking me to court for the 250.00 as he only
pain 170.00 for the cert. I tild him I am not refuseing her to train just need Him to update the new reg forms. he said he does not have the time to fill it out. so any comments before I go to court over this...

Kosho this is two folds here first off does the original cert. specify at this location Only if it does he he dead in the water, since you have moved, second if it does not state this then it is interpreted as a contract for training at any location you have. In your rules and regulation does it say without proper paperwork being done the student will not be allow on the floor and if it does not say that then he maybe right.
