1 - My total cholesterol is about 170.
2 - My LDL is about 60.
3 - I have had a chest CT looking for pulmonary mets, and (thanks to contrast dye) it showed that my coronary arteries are widely patent.
4 - I'm just down the hall from the cath lab, just in case.
5 - Get your *** in here with some double chocolate ice cream!

Unless its important that you should stay awake, my advice is to try and sleep. Insomnia over time takes its toll on both your physical and mental health.
