Dude, when doing visualization, you don't really need to move, punch and kick ... it's to all be done in the head.

Arni Dude what is going on? Me just having classes again or I should say as always.
Just got done with teaching a boxing class. I also had to deal with a member passing out. I tell you, people coming in and going nuts from the start. I am glad they are there, but these guys need to have a PT.
