Getting around any better these days?
Yeah, I little....Getting use to being a little less flexible ( lower back wise) when I first get up...But as I am told it aint gonna get any better.....

Well, if I'm any gauge on lower back issues, it won't get much better if at all. I have a hard time tying shoes anymore, but I can still do the MA stuff most of the time.

Sitting for long periods is gonna be a problem..Thankfully I can still train..

Yes I remember you posting that once..If I gamble big money I don't drink EVER..However if I'm playing the nickle machines I may have one or two..
