Use Binder Clips used for stacks of Paper and hang them from the ceiling.

Perfect for 1x12 wood

That way you don't need a partnr and can learn what is the best height and distance for you.

I absolutely love speed breaks. You can't muscle through with poor technique with these breaks.

An alternative... I will sometimes do these types of breaks by balancing the target on something. A Wavemaster works well.
This works better with bricks than with boards, though.

Not me saying this, but just read a post that points to TKD as being weak on hands. Again, not me saying this. Reaction...?

The last demo we did, I did two 16x4x2" pavers as a knife hand speed break. Nine of them as a power break.
Yeah. We're weak with our hands...
